We had a 30-minute informal catch up with our team. We do this twice a week, and we vary the times to maximise people being able to attend, as we have a lot of part-time staff.

We chit chat and have a bit of fun, and don’t talk about work. I coordinated these so that we can stay connected because we’re working from home due to the pandemic.

Beyond this social interlude, I finished off the second round of grant reviews. There was a lot of material to evaluate: appendices for budgets, milestones, project logic, and the applications as well. The committee meets tomorrow online.

The rest of the day is admin and meetings with stakeholders.
