Getting ready to give the first of two academic papers for this year! My paper is on using intersectionality in equity and diversity work. It is a reflection on my career as a woman of colour working to improve institutional equity, diversity, accessibility and inclusion.

It was the right time to do this, having just finished this resource containing all my research and expertise on intersectioality. It’s a 15,000 word beast with 100 references and two years’ worth of work (on and off in my spare time).
