Fourteen year old Elijah Doughty was killed by a White man who only received three years backdated to his arrest. We cannot allow this nation to continue killing Indigenous people with impunity.

On 24 August, I attended this protest in Sydney, Gadigal land. The speakers showed how non-Indigenous Australians have to step up to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people so we can collectively end deaths in custody and other colonial injustices.
