A third of adults experience physical problems as a result of stress and a further 33% say stress negatively impacts their mental health.
Harvard University social psychologist Amy Cuddy says:
“Our bodies change our minds, and our minds can can change our behaviour, and our behaviour can change outcomes.”
Research shows that altering our body posture by stretching out, as well as socialising, exercising and meditation can help alleviate stress.
